The Coalition has become concerned with the issue of hunger among poverty wage workers and the unemployed.  As a result of this concern, the Coalition with donations and assistance from local restaurants, St. Matthew’s House and volunteers, has established the Community Café, to provide periodic meals to residents in apartment complexes in neighborhoods that quality for free and reduced-priced meals in the School Lunch and Breakfast program for Low Income students.  If you know of a neighborhood that could benefit from the Community Café, please call the Coalition office at 239-263-9363.
