Homeless Prevention:  New Stimulus Funds (HPRP) Announcement:

The Hunger and Homeless Coalition, together with our member agencies, announce a new commitment to prevent individuals and families from becoming homeless and to quickly re-house those who are homeless and have the ability to achieve long-term housing stability with some assistance. 

The initiative is Prevention Centered and it places a priority on housing stabilization as the centerpiece of homelessness assistance.

With the new Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-housing Program (HPRP) funding, we have the opportunity to transform our current homeless system with research backed solutions, without having to dismantle our present system.
